Role Summary:Trainees work under the supervision of an experienced manager or team leader who are responsible for their on the job training and learning. They receive basic training in a variety of identified areas by the managers.
Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Assist in administrative or production tasks that are assigned.
• Conduct basic research topics based on assigned projects.
• Communicate with Managers and other members of staff to ensure a smooth running of the project.
• Support staff by answering phones, taking detailed notes during meetings, inputting data into the computer and performing other tasks as required.
• Run errands such as simple purchasing supplies or delivery assignments.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Pengunjung yang terhormat, Sebuah kebanggaan dan tantangan bagi warga SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita karena ditetapkan sebagai salah satu SEKOLAH PUSAT KEUNGGULAN di Indonesia. SMK PK merupakan program pengembangan SMK dengan implementasi keahlian tertentu dalam peningkatan kualitas dan kinerja, yang diperkuat melalui kemitraan dan penyelarasan dengan dunia usaha, dunia industri, dunia kerja, yang akhirnya menjadi SMK rujukan yang dapat berfungsi sebagai sekolah penggerak dan pusat peningkatan kualitas dan kinerja SMK lainnya. Selain itu, ada program pendampingan yang dirancang untuk membantu SMK PK dalam pencapaian output.
Bangga, karena jerih payah semua stake holder maka kami dapat mencapai prestasi tersebut. Sedangkan tantangan yang menghadang di depan kita adalah bagaimana kita dapat membuktikan capaian itu dengan performance yang telah ditetapkan. “SMK Bisa” merupakan jargon yang harus menjadi pegangan untuk kita bekerja agar tak cepat putus asa.
